Plastic injection moulding production: small and large series

Thanks to current technologies and an agile organisation, Cemiplast produces both small series and larger volumes. Small series are used, for example, to test new products or to serve niche markets. Large series aim for high repeatability and optimised cycle times.

Behind every injection-moulded part, Cemiplast’s technicians also handle maintenance, machine setting and quality control. This versatility, rare in the industry, makes it possible to keep production under control, even on highly variable projects.

ISO 7 cleanroom production

Cemiplast has two ISO 7 cleanrooms in Saint-Imier, dedicated to medical production. Three of its seven injection moulding machines are reserved for them. This production also falls within the scope of ISO 13485 certification, which covers processes and products.
